Much has been written recently on trends in college majors. For example, compared to 10 years ago, only engineering, health and medical sciences, and the natural sciences have seen increases in the share of bachelor’s degrees awarded. On the other side of the equation, majors in the Humanities (e.g. English, languages, etc.) have declined over 12%.
